Orangerie Hills Villas

Orangerie Hills is a gated community of hillside villas in Makhvilauri, among citrus groves south of Batumi — fifteen minutes from the airport and twenty from the beaches at Gonio. Each house is delivered turnkey with Japandi interiors on a freehold plot of 400–700 m², with three-metre ceilings, panoramic glazing, a private pool terrace and a rooftop lounge; houses come in two sizes, 260–290 m² and 370 m². Entry into the project starts from a $70,000 first payment, and the houses work equally well for full-time living or for rental, short-term or long.
