Alexa Safe Property is a property advisory helping buyers and investors navigate purchases in Batumi and Tbilisi, Georgia. This policy explains what happens to your information when you reach out to us through this site.
What you share with us
When you fill in a contact form or ask us about a property, we receive your name, phone number, and, if you give it, your email address. We never ask for payment details through this site, and we keep tracking to a minimum — just enough analytics to understand how the site is used.
What we do with it
Your details are used for one purpose: getting back to you about what you asked. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't pass your information to anyone else for their own marketing.
Web3Forms handles our forms
Form submissions are routed through Web3Forms, a third-party form service. Your message passes through their infrastructure on its way to us, and Web3Forms does not keep a copy once it has been delivered. Their own privacy policy covers that part of the process in more detail.
How long we hold on to it
We keep your contact details only for as long as it takes to help with your enquiry, or longer where the law requires it. If you'd rather we deleted your information sooner, just tell us and we will.
